Registration for this year’s conference includes access to two evening receptions with food, wine, and light refreshments on Monday, July 14, and Thursday, July 17. Additionally, morning and afternoon refreshments (tea, coffee, cookies) will be provided daily (Tuesday through Friday). Each registered participant will also receive a commemorative T-shirt.

In the spirit of the convivial lunches at the Oxford Conference, we are pleased to include daily lunches (Tuesday through Friday) at the university refectory as part of the registration fee.

• Students: 170 CAD

Conference Banquet

The Conference Banquet will be held at The Diplomat, a stylish and vibrant restaurant located in the heart of Hamilton on King William Street. Renowned for its lively ambiance, excellent service, and outstanding cuisine, it promises to be a memorable evening.

Banquet Fees:

• Regular Participants: 135 CAD
• Students: 90 CAD

Excursion

This year’s excursion will take place on Wednesday, July 16, and consists of two parts. In the early afternoon, we will visit the beautiful Royal Botanical Gardens, followed by a craft beer tasting at Collective Arts, a well-known brewery in the Hamilton area.
